Hip Joint Cementless Ti+ HA Double Coating System
Feature: 1. Highly polishing surface treatment for stem neck, distal bullet and metal ball head, and the Ra of the final surface
is not morethan 0.1 μm. 2. in order to ensure the stablity of the dimensions, the products which are sensltive to temperature ,
such as cup insert UHIMWPE are machined under the temperature of 20ºC ± 2'ºC. 3. Ten models of stem prosthesls designs to provide
more reasonable choices for operation. 4. The cross-section trapezoid design of the hip stem can match the proximal femoral
medulary geometry perfectly, and improvethe anti-rotation stability. 5. Plasma sprayed porous Ti + HA double coating enhances
intramedulary bone ingrowth, and the pore structure can seal the proximal femur to prevent osteolysis, and it has very good long-term fbxaton. Moreover, HA coat has very good biocompatibiltyand it can get very good bone bonding with bone after implanting.
